Katri, the founder, oversees all client interactions and directly supports clients in complex AI and R&D compliance questions. With 8+ years leading enterprise compliance programs, she brings strategic insight, clear communication and proactive approach.

Her track record includes:

  • establishing successful enterprise AI Governance and Privacy Programs in regulated sectors
  • managing R&D contract processes and portfolios (CTA, MTA, technology transfers, consortium agreements)
  • managing complex privacy incident processes at scale
  • aligning AI, privacy and sectoral laws (CTR, IVD, safety laws) into compliance strategy.

She also co-authored a Springer Nature's book for SMEs navigating AI Compliance (Springer Nature 2026).
