Katri Harjuveteläinen is an experienced legal advisor with comprehensive expertise across healthcare, higher education and the public sector.
Katri has led compliance programmes in data protection, research governance and AI regulation, and has managed large-scale contractual portfolios, including a €40M semiconductor technology initiative and an €80M procurement programme. Her work includes supporting clients in contract negotiations, administrative law proceedings and other regulatory processes.
Clients particularly value her combination of precise legal analysis and strategic insight, enabling organisations to meet regulatory requirements while supporting long-term goals.

The Story Behind Regulyn
Over more than a decade advising research institutions, universities, healthcare providers and public authorities, founder Katri Harjuveteläinen noticed something consistent.
