  • Expanded AI Use Register, up to 10 total use cases, including risk level evaluation and role analysis per case

  • Vendor Checklist to reduce GDPR and contracting failures in vendor selection

  • AI Governance Policy: clear rules for permitted AI use, risk management routes and oversight in simple, visual format

  • Fundamental Rights Risk Assessment template for high-risk AI use scenarios

  • Compliance Roadmap for next 90 days, with recommended actions and regulatory timelines

  • Transparency and disclosure templates for client-facing AI use

  • Post-Delivery Support (60 days support for document-related questions)

Limitations

  • Additional meetings, use cases and alignment with nternational regulation and standards available as add-on

  • Because we begin substantive work immediately upon engagement and work with organizations, we do not offer refunds once we have started delivery. However, if we mutually agree to terminate an engagement mid-stream, we will calculate fees based on work completed and refund any unearned portion.
